Returns Policy

We will refund any item that is unused or unworn and is in its original packing. Send it back using Royal Mail Registered Post within 7 days. We will refund the cost of the item, however we do not refund postage fees.

Please Note: Due to hygiene purposes we do not accept returns for items such as masks, wigs and hats.
