This is certainly one of our most gruesome props. A man in a kneeling position holds his own severed head in his hands while blood (coloured water) pours from his exposed neck organs and runs down his neck into his shirt.The figure is made of fiberglass,is 32ins high and comes complete with pump and low voltage adaptor.
